November 19-December 2, 2005--My family and I have had one of the best vacations we have had in a long time. This was the first Thanksgiving we have spent together as a family since we were kids. The house was just wonderful. My Grandkids loved the pool and the palm trees. I will be giving you a call soon to come back next year. The house had everything you could ever want. November 12-19, 2005--Thanks so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home. The pictures on the internet do no justice to just how beautiful your home is. Every room had everything you needed & more. Having 3 full bathrooms made it so much easier to get up & out without rushing. The convenience to the parks, restaurants & stores was wonderful. October 21, 2005--We had a wonderful time in Florida and the best part was coming back to the house after a long day at the parks. The kids (and adults) loved the heated pool. July 9, 2005--This house was 10 times better than the last vacation home we were in. Unlike the other house, this house was very spacious, had a wonderful pool, and user friendly. June 26, 2005--I have to tell you that soon as we walked in, we loved it. It really is a home away from home. We were not here 15 minutes and our children were heading for the pool. | April 16, 2005--This has been our first real vacation in 6 years! With running our own business, raising 4 beautiful & demanding boys, there doesn't leave allot of time, money, or energy to spend on a vacation. That is why being here has been so great! Our boys just loved the bunkbeds & practically lived in the swimming pool when we got back to the house each day! | March 25, 2005--Because our wonderful children invited us to spend their vacation with them, my husband and I were able to experience Florida for the first time in a "homelike" environment. You must have spend a tremendous amount of time, addressing in great detail, all of the comforts of home. I can tell you that our entire family congratulates you on achieving your goal. | December 11, 2004--Thank you for the use of this beautiful house. We really enjoyed our stay. We had all the comforts of home which was a plus. The pool was a big hit, and the kitchen, and the bedrooms were enjoyed by all. After long days at the Parks, it was very nice to come home and relax by the pool or in the bedrooms. | July 25, 2004--Thanks to the Bards for the use of your home. This is the fist time we have rented a vacation home, but won't be the last! Your home is beautiful, the pool was the best. Couldn't keep the kids out. Can't believe our time is up, not looking to the 13-14 hour trip home, could stay forever. You have a wonderful place with the feeling and convenience of home. We really felt right at home and didn't want to leave. It is so close to the parks and attractions but yet we could escape at anytime and relax in our 'own' pool. Kitchen was wonderful, kids lover the pool and we all had a great time working on a 3-D puzzle. Was great to see it all together. Once again, thanks for the pleasure of your home and the help with such a short rental notice on the 24th. Super, Super, Super. Hope to return...until then back to WV. AC was not working for a couple of days. The pool was great, Kids like the

| November 2003--House is nice, but the dryer destroyed several
articles of clothing and there is no where near enough hot water! Permanent safety
gates needed at top and bottom of stairs. Other than that, Great! Sperandeo

| October 2003--The house was so much more than expected. Just beautiful, I just want to stay and live in the house forever. Our large family loved having the room to spread out. The pool of course was a big hit with everyone. We went to Disney everyday(very hot) so the kids always jumped in the pool. We had rented a home in Cape Cod years ago and was so disappointed, but not this time. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you. | March 20, 2003--We had a great time staying at your home, as well as visiting the city & parks. We definitely enjoyed the relaxation of the swimming pool. The neighborhood raccoon visited us a few times - he was very cute & nice. The house was just as expected & more, the pictures were exactly what was available & that was pleasing to see. | February 15, 2003--We had a great visit. With 2 cold rainy days, the pool was especially good for 7 and 12 year olds. Wonderful kitchen, even though we ate out part of time. With crowded restaurants it was always nice to be able to come home and fix a pizza. Great TV's and washer & dryer were a blessing. Overall, it mad our vacation just the best ever. Thanks. M.
